In 2019, one of the largest studies to assess the impact of nature on children was carried out. The study looked at 450 children taking part in outdoor activities. The results were incredible.
– 79% of the children reported feeling more confident.
– 84% of the children felt able to try new things.
– 79% said that they had better relationships with their classmates.
Time spent in nature is not just leisure time. It is an essential investment in our children’s health and in our own.
Sometimes the best way forward is to return to the basics, to the simple. Fresh air, nature, time, and space to explore.
“There is no better way to clear your mind, meet people, and see beautiful landscapes, besides taking home a bunch of anecdotes and experiences for a lifetime” Víctor Negredo (participant in Big Trekking 7×7)
